How do I determine the right bike size for me?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page. Generally, size is determined by your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more maneuverability or sizing up for increased stability.
Do Haro bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include basic tools and a manual, but we recommend a professional safety check at a local bike shop.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for oversized items like bikes are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
What kind of warranty comes with a Haro bike?
Every Haro frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are typically covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution centers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international locations, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Haro retailer in your country.
