At Haro Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
